Sports teaches us that in life there is no space for failure. Either one succeeds or learns for the little setbacks that one faces in life. This attitude gives clarity and eliminates anxiety and apprehensions from the mind of the sportsman/woman helping him/ her to give in best efforts without fearing for the outcomes because they are simply not in our control.
